Start here when you have had some recent experience with training in CrossFit and/or Olympic Weightlifting. For $50, you will have the opportunity to take any 3 classes we offer and get a sense of our coaches, our facility and our culture.
Start here when you have not had any experience training CrossFit and/or Olympic Weightlifting. This option is ideal for those beginning a fitness routine for the first time. For $299, you will have a month-long membership that includes three (3) 1 on 1 private training sessions to cover foundational movement patterns, teach proper form, and safely prepare you for attending regular classes. During the Fundamentals Month, you will have the opportunity to take any class and therefore not be limited to the private sessions, only.
Start here when you are experienced training CrossFit and/or Olympic Weightlifting. This option is ideal for those that have relocated or are seeking a new gym for whatever reason. They are trusting the online reviews or the positive referral from a friend and want to get training right away. There are several membership options to choose from and confident there is a plan that best suits you.
